Getting started
Do I need to be in shape to join?
No. Every program here scales to the person in front of the coach. Your first sessions will meet you where you are.
What should I bring my first time?
Workout clothes, sneakers you can lift in, a water bottle. Showers and towels are here when you're done.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — a full week of unlimited access. No card, no contract, no sales pitch.
Membership
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, up to 90 days a year at no cost.
How do I cancel?
One email. We process within one business day, no fee.
Do you offer family pricing?
Yes — second household member is 20% off.
Training
How big are classes?
Capped at twelve. We hold the cap.
Are coaches certified?
Yes — CSCS, USAW, or NASM-PES at minimum, plus 3+ years of in-the-room coaching.
Do you program for competition?
Yes. Members training for a meet, race, or fight can work directly with the head coach for that sport.
